Problem installing Featurepack1

I am running ISA 2000 on Windows 2000 Server. When I try to install
feature pack 1 I get the following message after the services has stopped.
"The program cannot register the rpcfltr.dll file. The specified procedure
could not be found." I want to updtae ISA to SP2 any ideas. Did a search
in google and only returned what feature pack1 updates nothing on the
problem.
Any one came accross this before?
