Re: Ports Information Required

Voice and video only work if the caller is not behind a NAT device.
File transfer and other non-chat features require that the internal host has 
the firewall installed and that the proper ISA settings are in place.
1. Get this script: http://isatools.org/msnim.vbs
2. exit (not just logoff) MSN IM from all clients
3. run the script on the ISA
4. install (refresh) the FW client on all hosts
5. restart MSN IM
