Do you have IIS disabled? Or have you at least changed the default site
to something other than port 80?

        http://www.ISAserver.org

        Hi

I am getting the following error in my Event Log. Any idea how I
can find out what is using the port?

Web Proxy service failed to bind its socket to 10.0.0.1 port 80.
This could be caused by another service that is already using the same
port or by a network interface card that is not functional. The error
code specified in the Data area of the event properties indicates the
cause of the failure. For more information about this event, see ISA
Server Help.

Nothing in IIS uses this 80 and the 10.x network is the external
network
