U have to creat 2 packet filters

1. PopIn
Protocol- TCP
direction- Inbound
Local Port - Fixed 
Port No. -110
Remote Ports -All

2. PopOut
Protocol- TCP
direction- Outbound
Local Port - all
Remote Ports - Fixed
Port No.-110

if you are talking about mail Server its outside, if you are talking about
2000 server its inside. Clients are also inside. I have also tried other
e-mail accounts but the problem is the same. When i uncheck packet
filtering option it works, otherwise not.

Please advice
