I got it! The IE browser was set to automatically login for Intranet
sites. I changed this to Prompt and left Auto login for the Internet and
now it works.

Amy,

 

I strongly believe two thing here, you have an authentication problem.
You may need to set your Outgoing web request to integrated security.  I
believe you have this tick on basic authentication.  Expand Servers &
Arrays, right click <ServerName> Properties, Outgoing Web Request.

In identification tick should be placed at Use Same Listener.......and
in authentication should be integrated ONLY.
