No, not using RA or RD. You can do that with other 3rd party Remote Tools.

 

RA invitation can be good for up to 30 days though. However, after that
time, you will have to regenerate.

 

RA will work over the LAN by saving as a file. The IP it connects to is the
local IP.

That was an idea, but this is not what I am looking for, I was just thinking
if it is possible to connect directly to any Pc by Using The BiosName or IP
and take control of his desktop Using the RA.
