Re: Newbe Question on SMTP pass thru traffic

Check out "Secure Mail Server Publishing" (the wizard) or just "Server Publishing." But to make sure, there is no "pass directly through" per se- you can "publish" port 25 from the external interface to an internal interface, but I wouldn't call that "pass through." You can either use the SMTP application filter to further secure the traffic or not...

Subject: [isalist] Newbe Question on SMTP pass thru traffic

http://www.ISAserver.org

I have implemented the ISA server here. I am in the process of cutting
over to it. I have internal mail filters. I want to pass all SMTP
traffic directly thru the ISA server. Can someone suggest the preferred
method to accomplish this? Any document suggestions that will cover this
type of configuration? I have read the documentation at ISAserver.org
and I do not see the scenario that I am looking for.
Regards,
John
