Hey guys thought id update.
Just had a look at the new Traffic Filter article by Syed Jahanzaib.
All I did was make sure the domain users were using the web proxy
service and could authenticate properly. Then I created a new quota
entry for some users, restarted the services and voila.
A couple of things would be cool, if it could assign quotas to AD
groups, rather than users specifically.
The http://traffic.isa <http://traffic.isa/> page gives you a running
total of the users usage. Much like the gfi web monitor.
I haven't tested it yet by breaking my quota but it seems a simple
answer to many peoples user quota problems. Well worth a look.
It amazes me what we can create when we all work together :-)

Subject: [isalist] Content Rule Not just based on HTTP & FTP
http://www.ISAserver.org
Hello all,
I would like to know only for curiosity if it's possible to block
content inside other protocols like P2P's KAZZA, Nutuela etc...
I meant to allow outbound but still block vbs or mp3 for example.
Thanks.
