The first thing we need to know is "how are you performing these tests?"
Other things would be "what is the ISA configuration; including any
anti-malware apps or plug-ins you may be using?"

My name is Burhan Khan and i am facing problem with slow upload speed
when i use ISA 2006.If i check upload speed using isa 2006 it decreases more
than 3 times as compared to direct connection with oust ISA. If you have any
solution regarding this kindly help me out.
