Bring up Task Manager, goto Processes tab.  Then from the View menu, select 
"Select Columns".  Check Virtual Memory Size, and "Memory Usage", OK out.
Look down the list now, for processes which appear to be eating all of your 
Virtual Memory (VM Size).

I've increased the virtual memory ,i have a lot of
free disk space and 256MB of SDRAM... I can't see
where is the problem... I also tried the SP1 and SP2
for windows 200 and nothing... Do you have another
idea, because i don't know what more can i do.
