Need Help

Hi Everyone 
 
 I am running windows 2000 server  domain controller with ISA server 
 
  Well the problem i m facing is  illegal use of  ids and password  which my users  share between them.
I need to know any other authentication method   specially plz  tell me any method to authenticate mny users using their  MAC addresses   i will be grateful to  u
