Ok..new info :-)

 

Stop restart FW...I also disabled the Packet filter created.

 

Now the w32tm -v -once fails completely...seems to not be able to contact
the server or receive data from it.

 

Now im even more confused :/

 

Why cant this be as easy as SMS :-)
