Max web publishing rules

Does ISA have a max on publishing rules?  Would a single server be capable
of serving around 2,000 websites, or would that be to much stress on the
box?  The box has dual procs and dual port nics, but I'm just worried that
it won't handle the load....   Thank you for all of your help :)
