Owning a snowblower up here is practically a necessity, I usually have
banks about 10 feet high by mid-winter...

Upper Michigan... It's not uncommon to get that much snow up here in a
day, but it was quite a bit heavier than usual. I have to laugh when I
watch the national news and they go on and on about how this city or
that city got six inches of snow and everything is in complete chaos...
Hah!

Okay, finally got a chance to work on this again. We ended up with 18+
inches of extremely heavy snow on Wednesday, and it has taken a couple
of days to dig out and remove the broken trees/power lines.

I went through your Direct Access tutorials, and set everything up the
way I interpreted it to be done, but it still doesn't work. The strange
thing is that the headlines video and the commercials work fine, it's
when I try to play any of the actual news clips that it prompts me for a
password (after playing the commercial).

Hi Dan,

Works fine for me, but I have the msn.com sites configured for Direct
Access -- they auth with the FWC.

Tom

Let me clarify this a little more: Anyone else having troubles
viewing streaming videos from http://video.msn.com
<http://video.msn.com/> through ISA 2004? We were able to do this
before, but about a week ago it started prompting us for a password
before watching every video. I've checked the firewall logs, and it
shows them hitting the right firewall policy, but being denied because
it is an "anonymous" connection. This is a bit strange because there
will be allowed connections before and after the denied entry.

Possibly the video client has to be "enabled" in the firewall
client?

Anyone else getting prompted for a password repeatedly at
http://video.msn.com <http://video.msn.com/> ? This just started
happening on that page a week ago or so...
