                 The strange thing is that the headlines video and the
commercials work fine, it's when I try to play any of the actual news
clips that it prompts me for a password (after playing the commercial). 

                
                Same thing happened to us as well over the past week.
The commercials play fine without prompts, but when the news video is to
start the user is prompted.
