Assign a protocol rule for MSN , make sure those users can also reach the
destination(look at the logs for the IP addresses) , and the clients will have
to have the firewall client installed logging onto the domain. Don't configure
anything in proxy settings, and depending on you general config , take off auto
detect on the firewall client, and a solution that workes every time ...
clients must reboot.

The Firewall Client is installed on those users computers?
If not, this may be the problem.

Thanks for replying

Infact this option is enabled and it is working fine in case of HTTP
request
but not working for MSN Messenger. So ISA Server could not find out who
is
the user. That is the reason MSN works fine when Protrocol Rules are set
on
'Any request' But does not work when specific group is selected

regards
