I'm trying to connect via client. I installed a trial version before
and had no problem accessing instant messenging. When I installed the
enterprise edition, I couldn't use instant messenging anymore. We're
not using any physical firewall, our proxy is directly connected to our
ISP.

Why am I getting this error whenever am trying to connect to MSN
messenger even if I've created a protocol rule for this already?:
Signing in to .NET Messenger Service failed because the service could
not be found.
