Patch everything in sight. If the patch install on your toaster, then so much the better. Just remember to remove the toast first, or it might burn when the toaster reboots. ISA can keep Blaster from coming over the wire into your LAN, but it has no control over a user bringing their infected laptop to work with them. That's the most common reason for companies' infections.
