Just installed ISA server and am having a problem.

I just installed ISA server. Have Web Publishing working both ways Also
have SMTP working. However, I'm having a problem with FTP. I trying to
have my Anti-virus server download signatures and it is failing. This
particular server is setup as a sercureNat(Default gateway pointed to
internal ISA IP). I created a protocol rule to allow access via the servers
IP. I connect, then immediately disconnect(Connection closed by remote
host). Any ideas? I do have Tom's book and I think I've setup everything
correctly.
