Hi Johann, If the RSS reader uses TCP 80, then allow TCP 80 outbound with a Protocol Rule. If it doesn't like Web Proxy, then you'll need to configure those sites for Direct Access, or disable the HTTP Director. Because our ISA Server setup uses port 8080 internally for our browser and RSSreader requires Port 80 I assume that is why it fails. From their help section: I use a firewall what ports RssReader use? Standard RssReader use port 80 so that one must be opened, if a proxy port is used also that one need to be added to the firewall. Maybe also Internet Explorer or other used webbrowsers must be added when opening webpages in/from RssReader. Does anyone use Internet syndication and aggregation software successfully via an ISA server? If so which one?
