When you enable packet filtering, you're telling ISA to block all traffic
that isn't specifically allowed by existing protocol rules, packet filters
and publishing rules. This is a good thing and it's exactly what ISA was
built for.
For IE on the ISA, set the proxy to "localhost:8080"
For any other app on the ISA, create appropriate protocol rules
For IE on a client behind ISA, set the proxy to "<ISA_Server>:8080"
For any other app on a client behind ISA, create protocol rules
For secureNAT clients to use PPTP through ISA, allow "PPTP through ISA" in
IP packet filters properties
