Installing ISA

Hi
I want to know how I install and set up two servers, one running ISA in
Firewall mode and the other in Cache mode.
I have Tom Schinder's book, which by the way is good, only gives a run down
on setting up in integrated mode.
Any help in the configuration etc, or pointers to where I can find
information would be appreciated.
