ISA-Routing Problems

Hi all ! I have a strange problem with ISA Server . All services are working
and clients has access , but event log write something like :
" Unable to add the interface Internal with the Router Manager for the IP
protocol. The following error occurred: The parameter is incorrect. "
I have three interfaces : local , external and one more external which is
switched off and there is no any connection
through them .
