ISAInfo v1.8.2 is released

Hi All,

Dirk-Jan van der Vechtha done us all a couple of huge favors;
1. he found (and reported; the important part) a rather nasty bug in ISAInfo
regarding cache mode
2. he pointed out by virtue of this bug how ISA is usually deployed; either
Firewall or Integrated modes;
    Cache mode is either a comparative rarity or those folks are just
quieter

I fixed the bug and propped the fix.
