ISA server auto reboot on Dialup failure

Hello
I am using ISA server with DSL connection. Sometimes the DSL connection
disconnect and in order to connect it, I have
to reboot the machine (I checked it with my ISP and for the meantime, this
is the only solution).
Does someone know about a program that can reboot the machine ? (automatic
one that the ISA server can execute)
