ISA report

Hello,
I have problems with report generator
when I schedule the reports and when it starts to run, the
process repgen.exe starts but nothing else happens.
I have no report at the end. The process stays in running
status.
I have programmed to generate reports with the summaries.
I obtain a tmp file in summaries folder with 0 Kbytes size.
and nothing else.
could you help me?? please
