ISA VER. Small Business Server

I have Windows 2k as a DC and have the 120 trial ver. installed but in
pricing ISA it is $1400.00 and i can purchase Small Business Server for a
few dollars less. What is the best way to go??? I was going to reinstall
w2k because of DNS problems and after reading a few articals on this page
i feel i can gane a bunch buy starting over.
