ISA Server and TrendNicro VirusWall

Hi,
i have to realize a classical two level proxy solution with two ISA
servers to avoid virus scanning (TrendMicro VirusWall 3.5) on the firewall
CheckPoint FW1 NG2 with CVP protocol. The topology has to be like the
following picture:


ISA server ------------ FW1 --------- router ------ Internet
                         |
                         |
                     
                       ISA server ------ Security server
                                         http Virus scanning server
                                         trendMicro VirusWall 3.5

Unfortunaly i have som questions:

1. Is is pricipally possible connecting one of the two ISA servers with a
dedicated security server, where TrendMicro VirusWall 3.5 is installed on?
2. If yes, how should I direct the http traffic from the ISA server to the
dedicated virus scanner? Which method should i use? Proxy-chaining!? Http
redirection?
