Did you delete the cache file?
It may have become corrupted.
Also, because of the massive changes in the cache structure to
support BITS content, it's best to delete the cache before you install
SP2.

The ISA SP2 features are beneficial yet, it has caused my
Firewall service
to crash (3) three times in last two weeks (since update
performed). I have
as a result, experienced Cache corruption due to the system Kill
period not
being sufficient.
Error reporting is in "full effect".
What is the remedy, anyone?
