Hi Gabriel,

Thanks! Very interesting. I haven't noticed a problem with the release version
of Win2003.

Thanks!
Tom

Hi Tom,
It says that was related to RC1 but it worked for me on RC2
Check this
http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=es&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&threadm=eeuubBeWCHA.1868%40tkmsftngp10&rnum=8&prev=/groups%3Fhl%3Des%26ie%3DUTF-8%26oe%3DUTF-8%26q%3Dproxy%2Bbusy%2BISA%26sa%3DN%26tab%3Dwg%26lr%3D

Hope it works the link.
Gabriel

Hi Gabriel,

What Q article did you find this fix? I did a google search for
DisableBacklogMonitor but didn't find anything particularly helpful.

Thanks!

No, But Thanks.
I solved the problem.
The registry hack for DisableBacklogMonitor Works.
It needed a full server reboot, while on the KB Artcile says that
restarting some services works.

Hi Gabriel,

Have you set a limit on the number of connections on the Outgoing Web
Requests listener?

Thanks!

I have a problem with the W3PROXY service, it responds to the clients:

HTTP 503 Proxy is busy - A connection to the server could not be made
because the limit on the number of concurrent connections for this
account
has been reached. (1238)

The server is also a DC in win2003 native mode
IIS Installed.
Tried also the recommendations
* The registry key for DisableBacklogMonitor = 1 (DWORD)
* The Disabling the socket pooling for the IIS.
* The performance tuning for the ISA.

Additional information:
If check the app filter (HTTP Redirector) to route the request directly
to the server it works, so it bypass the proxy.

Any help would be very usefull.
Thanks.
