Speaking of NATing/Routing, could this also be a product of traffic
passing between different local Networks?

Hi Dan,

Exactly! Since the ISA firewall isn't proxying the request and just
NATing/Routing it, it doesn't have detailed knowledge of the connection.
Thus the superiority of a proxy/firewall architecture :)
