ISA REPORTS

We do have a trust domain between NT4 and Win2K.
With this we also have ISA Firewall. A setup has been done for users to
access internet via a group.
The report which is generated is only showing few of users being using
internet whereas rest of reports are shown as anonymous users.
The error with report appears with code: 407
How could I go about resolving his error and get reports for all users.
