ISA +MDaemon problem

Dear all,
I really need help about my ISA server.

I put my ISA server and MDaemon  mail server ( use Domainpop) in one computer.
after trial and error I found that everytime I start "Microsoft ISA Service 
Control" service (Services in Administrative tool) my mail server doesn't work 
correctly (it got Winsock error connection message)
But after I stop the services my Mail server works fine.

Could you please give me information to solve this problem ?
