Dan,
If you currently don't own a Blackberry Enterprise server license, and
the user has an activated BB device, the easiest way is to use mail
forwarding from your Exchange server to the device email address. The BB
Enterprise server does not depend on server publishing, it uses MAPI
client to retrieve emails from BB enabled mailboxes and forward those
emails to the BB network using port 3101. So, if you are using an ISA
server to get out, then port 3101 should be opened.

Has anyone on this list gotten a Blackberry to work with an Exchange
2003 server published through ISA 2004?

Someone just showed up here this morning with one they want to have
working ASAP, and I haven't a clue of how to get this working.
