ISA Enterprise Ed. Installation

Hi! I installed a new ISA Server Enterprise Ed. and have done
prerequisites and requirements from the installation guide. The ISA shema
has been copied to Active Directory and the ISA Server installation sees
the schema objects. But the problem is after the installation the ISA
services will not start, I always get the error below;

"Could not start the Microsoft ISA Server Control service on the Local
Computer"

"Error 8202: The specified directory service attribute or value does not
exist"

I checked the dependencies and they are all ok. I all tried unistalling
the ISA Server and reinstalling again but I still get the same error. Any
ideas?

I have a Windows 2000 Advance server with SP3 and with I.E. 6.0 SP1
