ISA Client uninstall

I have a user that has the client loaded for our ISA server but still
can't surf. She has the necessary rights to surf. I try to reinstall the
client and it tells me it finished wiht errors. I try to remove it and
get a message stating that a "Fatal Error Occured During Installation".
Is the another way to uninstall the client without going through the
Add/Remove Programs or the install program?
