This doesn't sound like a problem with ISA, but a problem with the web app.
Too many lazy web developers fail to learn the benefits of POST-ing form data
to a web page.
It keeps the data out of the address bar (and consequently the URL).

Hey,
   we note a problem:
wwhen string is too long and http filtering is turned on, the requested web
site dos not respond. error 87. there is no filtered words in requested url.
it's connected with text stripping and special characters in url sets.
