Use the System Policy Editor to Disable the rule and add your own rule for
it.

Can't see how you can disable the rule. I don't think it's one of the rules
you are allowed to disable. Do you know how to do it ?

Change the policy yourself.
You can disable the system policy rule and create your own customized
firewall rules.
