Slightly off-topic, but does WSUS support BITS transfer to the
workstation?  I thought it did, but found out otherwise when it buried
our WAN with Office 2003 SP2.  Took something like 16 hours before the
network was back to normal traffic load.

Not true.
WSUS can also tell the clients to "go get it yourself"...

BITS caching is a misnomer; isn't limited to BITS traffic.
It will also cache any single-range client request that is cacheable
according to normal ISA caching criteria.

QoS is a gross misstatement; as Tom stated in his blog; it has nothing
to do with bandwidth allocation or traffic shaping.
