Ok - if you or your customers / family / friends / pets / household gadgets
have installed ISA Server 2004 SP2 and are experiencing this "502 http filter
blocked" response for sites that work without SP2, please call PSS and provide:
- ISAInfo (http://isatools.org/isainfo/isainfo.zip)
- network captures at the ISA external interface

We're trying to assess the scope of the problem and we can't do that without
hard data.

We know about www.delta.com.
Do you have (can you get) captures of the Staples session?

One of my clients installed SP2. Then immediately began seeing http filter
problems.

Proxy 502 error: The HTTP request contains a non-supported header. (12156)

Proxy 502 error: The request was rejected by the HTTP filter. (12217)

The first error is from Delta.com, the second from staples.com. Not exactly
obscure websites. The problem occurs when you get to checkout with your full
shopping cart. Since I wasn't able to figure out what the problem was, I
uninstalled SP2 for the time being.

I checked the http filter settings and they appeared to be the same pre and
post SP2. What's changed and what do I need to do to fix it?
