ISA 2000 to 2004 Upgrade.

Tried to Upgrade 2000 to 2004 over the weekend and ran into the
following after a successful install.
STOP: 0x0F04DEAD 0xC000003A Can't seem to find anything on this one?
The O/S is windows 2000 server sp4 fully patched. ISA server fully
patched. Surfcontrol, GFI mail essentials and Mail security are the
other products currently installed.
