Do they have the firewall client installed? One of the features it
provides is the automatic access to an available port.

I've been working with them for about 6 years so I've been through all
of the versions; they all worked for me. Currently we are using online
only and no longer have a WorldSpan server in the office - thank
goodness; that thing was a thorn.

William,

I've not had to change my ISA configuration at all to accommodate
WorldSpan. My Travel Agency client is now using WorldSpan GoRes online
and the local HPM printer comes through as well.

Hi

Has anyone ever got Worldspan Res 4 airline software via http/s to work
with ISA 2000?

The local airline techs state that opening port 4000 for https is
all......this I have done. Logs also showed a need to have UDP 137
opened which I did not Send receive and receive send but the connection
still seems to fail with no info in the logs.

Any idea?

William
