ISA 2000 Cache Issue

I have looked around and cannot find the answer to the following simple
question. Can you exclude file types by extension to not be cached on the
ISA server ? We are having a problem with swf (Flash) files returning the
older ISA cache file rather than an the updated file on out going web
requests. All other requests are working fine we only have this issue with
swf files.
