IIS5 + W2KSP4 + 443 Publishing = pain!?

I have a Windows 2000 with IIS5 and ISA that worked fine until I install
W2KSP4.
Despite the innovations of W2KSP4 IIS, like asp pages to change domain
passwords instead of old ism.dll that ran as Local System Security
privileges, after the Service Pack has been installed I get the Event ID
14163 every time I start the Microsoft Firewall Service. My ISA has
policies to map port 443 on two servers, the ISA itself, and another
machine, both mappings dont work.
To resolve this issue, I changed the listener of IIS Default Web Site to
use the local NIC IP - it worked with All Unasigned yesterday.
The socket pooling is disable in my IIS.
