Check the logs to see how they are connecting and block the appropriate
sites.

with the help of log file i also restricted follwing URL
arc6.msn.com
gateway.messenger.hotmail.com
global.msads.net
svcs.microsoft.com
64.4.13.166,167,171,180,184,189 etc
but clients are still connecting and using MSN messenger
what can i do further
please help me in this regard
