How to pass IPSec traffic through ISA Server (with VPN SERVER not on ISA)

I would like to have my VPN Server on a Windows 2003 internal file server.
I want the employe be able to connect from Internet to my Internal VPN
server through ISA Server.  ISA Server is on Windows 2003 too.

Is it possible ?  How can I do this ?
