There is ICF on W2k3 and with logging. You can also select what standard ports to open to the Internet. You can also create custom ports. Its on the Advanced tab of your external network card. -----Original Message----- From: David Moisan [mailto:dmoisan@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Wednesday, September 24, 2003 1:37 PM To: [ISAserver.org Discussion List] Subject: [isalist] RE: How Good Is the Windows Server 2003 Basic Firewall? http://www.ISAserver.org At 03:58 PM 9/23/2003 -0700, you wrote: >http://www.ISAserver.org > >Well now, there are lots of people down on first avenue that >Like having their port open. The ICF for Windows XP *does* logging (in an out of the way file) and I had thought it would do so for 2K3 since it is basically "XP Server" (noting how many MS utilities say, "runs on 2K3 *or* XP SP1".)
