There is ICF on W2k3 and with logging. You can also select what standard
ports to open to the Internet. You can also create custom ports.
Its on the Advanced tab of your external network card.

On another note, I'm surprised there is no logging ability for the native
Win2K3 firewall. The ICF for Windows XP *does* logging (in an out of the
way file) and I had thought it would do so for 2K3 since it is basically
"XP Server" (noting how many MS utilities say, "runs on 2K3 *or* XP SP1".)
