OK, The problem is that the Web Publishing Rule configured on the Evil
Underlings isn't using the right name on the "Public" tab.

1. What do you want to accomplish?
        Take over the world

2. What have you done to meet this goal?
        Hired evil underlings.

3. What's not working?
Getting rid of my goody-goody nemesis.

4. Please provide a network diagram.
Hero ---- evil underlings ---- pit of lava ---- me ---- dooms

The way I've been dealing with this on the Web boards lately is:

1. What do you want to accomplish?

2. What have you done to meet this goal?

3. What's not working?

4. Please provide a network diagram.

That usually speeds up the problem solving, rather than having to make
guesses regarding the infinite number of possibilities.
