That response (12202) means that they've run afoul of some rule you have in
place on the ISA server. Without the log entry for the event, it's
difficult to say what rule caused it.

I have installed ISA Server 200 for several weeks. Some of my clients
often encounter the following error when trying to access some websites,
such as www.symantec.com,
http://download.microsoft.com/download/win2000platform/SP/SP2/NT5/EN-US/W2KS
P2.exe
or some downloads in Microsoft website.
HTTP 502 Proxy Error - The ISA Server denies the specified Uniform
Resource Locator (URL). (12202)
