HELP!!!!!

Hi,

I have a Branch Netopia router configured to establish a VPN (IPSEC)
tunnel to our Cisco VPN router behind an ISA server.  The VPN tunnel
establishes fine and I can ping public IP's but not internal IP of ISA. 
When I stop the firewall service on the ISA I can ping internal IP's
